Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

Because our products are custom made, orders typically take 5-10 business days to produce after we receive your final design approval and payment. Rush options may be available – if you have a deadline, please let us know and we’ll do our best to meet the deadline.

Delivery Options

• Local delivery (Calgary): We offer local delivery within the Calgary area. Delivery dates will be confirmed once your order is ready.

• Domestic shipping: We ship across Canada via major carriers. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

• Pick‑up: You’re welcome to pick up your order by appointment.

Shipping Rates

Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom Products:

All of our items are made to order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error on Dee's Clothing House's end. 
Please review your design mockups and order details carefully before approving your final proof.

Incorrect or Defective Items:

If we’ve made an error or the item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the defect and your order information. We will replace the affected items, or issue a refund to the original payment method once we’ve confirmed the issue.

Changes & Cancellations:

You may cancel or change your order before you approve the final design and payment. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes. If you
have concerns, please contact us immediately.

 

Data Security:

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Your payment details are processed securely
through our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
